Renting

Weekly prices:
Low season: November – March: EUR 1000.-/week
Mid-season: April – June & September – October,
including Eastern & Christmas/New Year: EUR 1200.-/week
High season: July – August: EUR 1550.-/week

Information
Upon the apartment’s booking, we charge a security in the amount of 50% of the rental fee; the arrearage becomes payable one month prior to arrival, to the latest.
The apartment provides bed linen, towels/bath towels etc. for max. 4 persons. Final cleaning is included with the rent fee.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment or on the terrace.
